Cancellation Timeframe: Given that each item is custom-made, you may cancel your order and seek a refund within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time you placed your order. Beyond this period, orders are processed and forwarded to fulfillment centers, making cancellation impossible.

Exceptions: Please be aware that orders already in the processing phase cannot be canceled. Once processing begins, alterations or cancellations are not feasible.
